I signed up right before a round of interviews, and I honestly credit part of landing the offer to this. The first thing that clicked was how much of my nervous energy was leaking out through fidgeting and a rushed voice. It walks you through slowing down, holding eye contact without staring, and using pauses on purpose. I practiced the posture and open-hand gestures in front of a mirror, which felt ridiculous until it started to feel normal. Really thoughtful course. I've read a lot of body-language stuff online and most of it is either fluff or borderline manipulation, but this stayed grounded in actually building trust. The part about matching your words to your nonverbal signals so you don't come across as inconsistent was the most useful idea for me. I lead a small team, and I've already noticed people responding differently when I face them directly and slow my delivery down. The examples around meetings and first impressions were relevant to my day to day. If anything I wanted a little more on video calls, but the in-person material was excellent.
