Verified learner reviews

Only someone who actually enrolled and reached a meaningful checkpoint in a class can review it. Every review carries a “Verified learner” badge tied to a real completed milestone.

How ratings are calculated

Aggregate scores come only from verified learners. A brand-new class may show few or no reviews until learners arrive — we'd rather show an honest empty state than inflate it.

Moderation

We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or that violate someone's privacy. We never bury honest negative reviews — they sort alongside everything else by the same rules.

FTC alignment

Our approach is calibrated to the FTC's 2024 guidance on reviews: never misrepresent who wrote a review, and never suppress honest negative feedback. We don't.
