Each produces a written artifact: a difficult conversation plan, a family pattern reflection, a work integration plan, a one-sided situation approach, a self-resistance practice, and a long-term plan. This course is written for adults who want NVC to show up where the stakes are highest. By the end you will have moved from learning the framework to using it across the conversations that most define your relationships and work.
