Applied Deep Work: Long Projects, Career Strategy, and Sustainable Practice

By the end of this course you will be able to run long projects that depend on focus, integrate deep work into career strategy, sustain practice across changing demands, and avoid the patterns that turn deep work into a cult of overwork. Each produces a written artifact: a long-project plan, a career strategy reflection, a team integration plan, a life-demands plan, a healthy-versus-overwork reflection, and a long-term sustainability plan. This course is written for adults who want deep work to support a life worth living rather than only produce more output. By the end you will have a sustained practice that fits your actual life and the work that most depends on focus.
