By the end of this course you will be able to apply traditional stuffing techniques appropriate to nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century furniture, work with specialty materials including ticking, horsehair, and coil-on-coil spring systems, navigate client consultations for custom and restoration projects, and manage a small upholstery workshop efficiently. Each case includes annotated worksheets, supplier specification templates, and client communication samples.
