As atividades práticas com trackers reais deixaram o aprendizado muito mais concreto do que só assistir vídeos. No fim consegui montar um fluxo que já está rodando no meu projeto atual e economizando boas horas por semana.

L'explication sur la détection des risques avant qu'ils ne deviennent des blocages majeurs est claire et illustrée avec des cas concrets tirés de vrais projets. Le rythme est bien dosé, ni trop lent ni trop dense, ce qui m'a permis de tout mettre en pratique au fur et à mesure.
The risk-flagging automation section was genuinely eye-opening and I've already adapted it for my own sprint tracker. My only complaint is that the status update automation part assumes you're already using a specific tool setup, so I had to improvise a bit to fit my team's workflow.

Me gustó mucho cómo el curso explica paso a paso la automatización de reportes de estado con un agente de IA, con ejemplos que se sienten reales y no forzados. La sección sobre detección de riesgos es la más fuerte de todo el contenido. Lo único es que el módulo final se siente un poco apresurado comparado con el resto.
