Deze cursus laat precies zien hoe je in Make een workflow bouwt die nieuwe medewerkers automatisch toegang geeft, taken toewijst en de onboarding-checklist bijhoudt. Ik vond het fijn dat alles stap voor stap met een echt voorbeeldbedrijf wordt opgebouwd in plaats van losse fragmenten. Het enige minpuntje is dat de uitleg over foutafhandeling bij mislukte koppelingen wat summier blijft, maar de basisflow werkt bij ons inmiddels prima.

En recursos humanos siempre nos tocaba armar manualmente el acceso a las herramientas y las tareas de bienvenida para cada persona nueva, así que este curso me pareció perfecto para nuestro caso. Enseñan a construir en Make un flujo que crea las cuentas, asigna las tareas del primer día y va marcando el checklist automáticamente según avanza el nuevo empleado. Me gustó mucho que usen un caso real de contratación de principio a fin, no solo ejemplos sueltos. Lo único que le pondría pega es que la parte de permisos y roles de acceso se explica un poco rápido y tuve que repetir esa sección dos veces para entenderla bien. Aun así ya tengo el flujo funcionando con los últimos tres ingresos y ha sido un alivio enorme.

Went through this to fix our chaotic onboarding process and the Make scenario they build, auto-creating accounts, assigning tasks, sending welcome checklists, maps almost exactly to what an HR team needs. The one thing I'd change is more coverage of error handling when an integration like Slack or Google Workspace times out mid-scenario. Still, I had a working onboarding flow running by the end of the course.
