This course does a great job explaining how to build guided onboarding flows using AI, with clear examples from a customer success perspective. The pacing works well for someone who already understands the basics of onboarding but wants to add more intelligence to their flows. My only gripe is that the later modules on measuring flow performance felt a little thin compared to the rest.
