I'd been using Git for years but only ever the basics, mostly commit and push, so branching strategies always felt like a mystery whenever I joined a bigger team. This course finally walked me through feature branches, rebasing versus merging, and resolving conflicts in a way that actually stuck. The exercises simulate a real team workflow with pull requests and code review, which is exactly the part I never got right on my own. I especially liked the section on writing clear commit messages and keeping history clean, something none of my previous jobs ever explained properly. By the end I felt genuinely confident opening a PR and handling a messy merge conflict without panicking. This is the course I wish someone had pointed me to when I started my first dev job.

Branching and merge conflicts finally make sense, and our team's pull request flow is so much smoother now.
