J'ai particulièrement aimé la partie sur la gestion des réponses selon le contexte de la conversation, qui évite d'avoir un bot qui répond à côté de la question. Le formateur prend le temps d'expliquer les erreurs courantes et comment les éviter, ce qui m'a fait gagner pas mal de temps. J'ai terminé avec un bot fonctionnel pour répondre aux questions fréquentes de mes clients, et il tourne déjà en conditions réelles.
