Llevaba semanas mandando currículums sin ningún tipo de estrategia y prácticamente sin respuestas. Este curso me mostró recursos de empleo público que ni sabía que existían en mi zona, cosas que nadie te cuenta en ningún lado. La parte de actualizar el currículo para los sistemas de selección actuales fue la que más me sirvió, porque antes lo tenía formateado de una manera que probablemente ni pasaba los filtros automáticos. Explican todo paso a paso, con ejemplos concretos y sin rodeos innecesarios. Después de aplicar los cambios empecé a recibir respuestas de reclutadores en cuestión de días, algo que no me pasaba antes. Ahora siento que tengo un plan de búsqueda real en vez de estar disparando currículums a ciegas.

Für alle, die bei der Jobsuche gerade feststecken, ist das ein wirklich solider Ausgangspunkt.
