ผมรู้สึกตันกับงานเดิมมานานและไม่รู้จะไปทางไหนต่อ คอร์สนี้ช่วยให้ผมประเมินทักษะของตัวเองอย่างเป็นระบบและมองเห็นเส้นทางอาชีพใหม่ ๆ ที่ไม่เคยคิดถึง ส่วนที่ให้เขียนแผนเปลี่ยนงานออกมาเป็นขั้นตอนช่วยให้ความคิดที่วุ่นวายในหัวชัดเจนขึ้นมาก อยากให้มีตัวอย่างจริงเพิ่มอีกสักหน่อยในบางบท แต่โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่าและทำให้ผมกล้าเริ่มต้นใหม่อีกครั้ง

This course walks you through actually assessing your existing skills before jumping into a new field, which I found more useful than generic career advice. The exercises for mapping transferable skills to new industries were the most practical part for me. I finally have a clearer direction instead of just vague ideas about switching careers.

Le cours propose une méthode structurée pour faire le point sur ses compétences avant de changer de carrière, ce qui manquait cruellement dans mes recherches précédentes. J'ai apprécié les exercices pour identifier des métiers auxquels je n'aurais jamais pensé seule. Le rythme est un peu lent au début mais ça vaut le coup de tenir jusqu'au bout.

J'ai suivi ce cours après plusieurs mois à tourner en rond sans savoir vers quel métier me diriger. La partie sur l'évaluation de ses propres compétences est particulièrement bien construite, avec des questions qui forcent vraiment à réfléchir plutôt que de rester en surface. El curso te ayuda a identificar tus habilidades reales y a pensar en profesiones que ni siquiera habías considerado antes. Los ejercicios de autoevaluación son bastante prácticos y fáciles de aplicar. Solo me hubiera gustado más ejemplos de casos en sectores creativos.

Mình đã cảm thấy bế tắc trong công việc suốt gần hai năm mà không biết bắt đầu thay đổi từ đâu. Khóa học này hướng dẫn rất cụ thể cách đánh giá lại kỹ năng hiện có trước khi nghĩ đến việc chuyển ngành, điều mà mình chưa từng thấy ở đâu khác. Phần bài tập tìm hiểu những ngành nghề mới cũng được thiết kế rất dễ theo, không hề chung chung. Cách trình bày từng bước một giúp mình bớt hoang mang hẳn. Sau khi học xong mình đã có danh sách rõ ràng những hướng đi muốn thử.
