Ich wollte schon lange verstehen, wie man E-Mail-Sequenzen wirklich automatisiert statt immer nur Einzelmails zu verschicken, und der Kurs hat genau das geliefert. Besonders gut fand ich den Teil über die Segmentierung von Abonnenten, das hat mir gezeigt, wie viel Potenzial ich bisher liegen gelassen habe. Die Erklärungen zu Trigger-E-Mails und Wartezeiten zwischen den Nachrichten waren nachvollziehbar und ich konnte sie direkt in meinem eigenen Funnel umsetzen. Etwas schade ist, dass die Beispiele für das E-Mail-Tool nicht ganz mit der aktuellen Oberfläche übereinstimmen, sodass ich ein paar Klicks selbst suchen musste. Trotzdem sitzt jetzt meine erste komplette Willkommensserie und läuft automatisch.

This course does a really good job of demystifying automated email sequences without drowning you in technical setup screens. I liked that it starts with strategy, why you're nurturing subscribers and what the goal of each email in the funnel actually is, before it even touches the software side. The lesson on mapping out a full funnel from opt-in to sale on paper first was something I hadn't done before and it made the whole build so much faster once I got to the platform. I also appreciated the honest talk about send frequency and not burning out your list, which a lot of courses skip. Finished it in a weekend and already have a three-part welcome series running.
