Larguei o emprego fixo depois de dois anos adiando essa decisão, e foi justamente este curso que me deu o empurrão que faltava. A parte sobre validar a ideia antes de investir tempo e dinheiro é ouro puro, porque me poupou de cometer um erro caro logo no início. Gostei muito de como o plano de negócios é construído aos poucos, módulo por módulo, sem parecer um trabalho acadêmico chato. Kurs prowadzi krok po kroku od pomysłu do pierwszego klienta, bez zbędnego lania wody. Szczególnie doceniłam część o walidacji pomysłu, bo dzięki niej nie wydałam pieniędzy na coś, co i tak by nie zadziałało. Lo que más valoro es que no se queda solo en la teoría, te obliga a validar la idea hablando con clientes reales antes de gastar un solo peso. El plan de negocio que armas al final del curso es algo que de verdad puedes usar, no solo un ejercicio para archivar. Después de años dándole vueltas a mi idea, por fin tengo un camino claro.

I'd been sitting on a business idea for years without any clear plan for turning it into something real, and this course finally gave me the structure I needed. The section on validating your idea before you build anything saved me from chasing a concept that probably wouldn't have worked. Building the actual business plan step by step felt manageable instead of overwhelming, which is usually where I get stuck. My only gripe is that some of the templates feel geared toward US-based businesses, so I had to adapt a few things for my own market. Still, I walked away with an actual plan instead of just more notes I'd never look at again.

Je tournais en rond avec mon idée d'entreprise sans oser quitter mon emploi salarié. Ce cours m'a donné une méthode concrète pour valider l'idée avant de me lancer, puis pour rédiger un vrai plan d'affaires structuré. La partie sur la transition en douceur, en gardant le salaire au début, était rassurante et réaliste. J'aurais aimé un peu plus d'exemples chiffrés sur la trésorerie des premiers mois. Cela dit, je suis reparti avec un plan d'action clair et la confiance pour démarrer. Je le conseille vivement à tout salarié qui hésite à franchir le pas.

I took this after two failed attempts at freelancing where I had no real plan, just enthusiasm. The validation exercises forced me to actually talk to potential customers before building anything, which stung a little but was clearly the right call. The business plan template is straightforward enough that I didn't get lost in jargon, and I like that it pushes you toward action instead of endless planning. The pacing does slow down a bit in the middle section on finances, and I found myself skipping ahead more than once. Overall though, I finally have a plan I trust enough to act on.
