Lo que más valoro es que no se queda solo en la teoría, te obliga a validar la idea hablando con clientes reales antes de gastar un solo peso. Je tournais en rond avec mon idée d'entreprise sans oser quitter mon emploi salarié. Ce cours m'a donné une méthode concrète pour valider l'idée avant de me lancer, puis pour rédiger un vrai plan d'affaires structuré. La partie sur la transition en douceur, en gardant le salaire au début, était rassurante et réaliste. J'aurais aimé un peu plus d'exemples chiffrés sur la trésorerie des premiers mois. Cela dit, je suis reparti avec un plan d'action clair et la confiance pour démarrer. Je le conseille vivement à tout salarié qui hésite à franchir le pas.

I took this after two failed attempts at freelancing where I had no real plan, just enthusiasm. The validation exercises forced me to actually talk to potential customers before building anything, which stung a little but was clearly the right call. The business plan template is straightforward enough that I didn't get lost in jargon, and I like that it pushes you toward action instead of endless planning. The pacing does slow down a bit in the middle section on finances, and I found myself skipping ahead more than once. Overall though, I finally have a plan I trust enough to act on.
