Saya suka cara kursus ini pecahkan proses membina chatbot kepada langkah kecil yang senang diikuti. Bahagian merancang aliran perbualan sangat berguna untuk projek startup saya. Sedikit kekurangan pada contoh integrasi dengan sistem pembayaran, tapi keseluruhannya berbaloi.
Awalnya saya ragu bisa bikin chatbot sendiri tanpa background IT, tapi kursus ini benar-benar membimbing dari nol. Penjelasan tentang merancang alur percakapan sebelum masuk ke tools sangat membantu supaya bot tidak terasa kaku. Saya juga suka contoh kasus nyata dari startup kecil yang dipakai sebagai studi kasus. Satu hal yang menurut saya kurang adalah bagian troubleshooting error yang agak singkat dan bisa lebih detail. Secara keseluruhan saya berhasil deploy chatbot sederhana untuk bisnis kecil saya sendiri.

El curso da una base sólida para armar un chatbot sin programar, con ejemplos bastante realistas para startups. Lo único es que algunas plataformas mencionadas cambiaron su interfaz y hay que adaptarse un poco sobre la marcha. Aun así logré tener un bot funcional para mi negocio.
Nunca pensé que podría montar un asistente conversacional yo solo, pero el curso lo desglosa en pasos muy claros. Me gustó especialmente cómo enseñan a diseñar el flujo de conversación antes de tocar la herramienta. Terminé con un chatbot básico funcionando para atención al cliente.

Entrei no curso sem saber nada sobre inteligência artificial ou automação de conversas, e saí com um chatbot básico rodando no site da minha pequena empresa. A parte que mais gostei foi como o curso ensina a estruturar o fluxo de perguntas antes de mexer em qualquer ferramenta, isso evita muito retrabalho depois. As aulas são bem objetivas e o ritmo é tranquilo para quem está começando do zero. Só senti falta de mais exemplos sobre como lidar com perguntas fora do roteiro previsto. No geral, consegui um resultado prático que já está sendo usado de verdade.
