Nice refresher on the core concepts. I already knew most of the networking side but the way it framed threat basics and data protection was a good reminder of why we do what we do.

Exactly what I needed to brush up.
I've worked in IT support for six years and always dealt with security stuff second-hand without really understanding the why behind it. This course filled in a lot of those gaps for me. The section on securing networks and thinking about threats was practical and easy to digest. I finished it over a weekend and already changed how I approach access on our internal tools.
Really useful foundations, though I wish there were more hands-on labs to practice securing an actual network instead of just learning the theory. Still, the explanations of the concepts are strong and easy to follow.

Solid fundamentals.
I'm switching careers from marketing into tech and was honestly nervous this would go over my head. It didn't at all. Everything is broken down into plain language, and by the end I understood how networks get attacked, why data protection matters, and what zero-trust is actually trying to solve.
