Khóa học hướng dẫn khá chi tiết cách xây dựng một trợ lý giọng nói AI, từ việc thiết kế luồng hội thoại cho đến cấu hình để kết nối với tổng đài điện thoại thật. Tôi thích cách giảng viên trình bày từng bước một, kể cả người mới bắt đầu như tôi cũng theo kịp. Phần xử lý ngắt quãng khi khách hàng nói chen vào cuộc gọi được giải thích rất thực tế và dễ áp dụng. Tuy nhiên phần triển khai lên môi trường thật hơi ngắn, mình phải tự mò thêm một chút. Nhìn chung đây là khóa học đáng để đầu tư thời gian nếu bạn muốn làm về voice bot.
Materinya jelas dan runtut, terutama saat menjelaskan cara mengatur respons otomatis untuk panggilan masuk. Sayangnya bagian integrasi dengan nomor telepon nyata dijelaskan agak cepat sehingga saya harus mengulang videonya beberapa kali.
Cách hướng dẫn cấu hình trợ lý thoại và kết nối với hệ thống điện thoại rất dễ hiểu, mình làm theo là ra được sản phẩm thật luôn.
I went into this course with zero experience building voice bots and came out with an actual working telephone assistant. The instructor breaks down conversation design in a way that finally made sense to me, especially the section on handling interruptions and natural pauses during a call. What stood out most was seeing real configuration mistakes get fixed live instead of just watching a polished demo. By the end I had connected my own agent to a real phone line and tested it with friends calling in. This is easily one of the more practical AI courses I've taken this year.

J'ai adoré la manière dont chaque étape est expliquée avec des exemples concrets d'appels réels. J'ai terminé le cours en ayant déjà un prototype fonctionnel, ce qui est assez rare pour ce type de formation.
Gostei muito da forma como o curso explica a construção de agentes de voz passo a passo, desde a lógica de diálogo até a configuração da linha telefônica. Os exemplos práticos de atendimento automatizado me deram uma base sólida para montar meu próprio assistente. Recomendo para quem quer sair da teoria e realmente colocar a mão na massa.
Cara instrukturnya menjelaskan konsep voice agent cukup mudah dipahami, apalagi bagian tentang mengatur skrip percakapan otomatis. Hanya saja beberapa contoh kasusnya terasa agak generik dan kurang variasi industri.

Saya suka bagaimana instrukturnya menjelaskan konfigurasi respons suara dengan bahasa yang sederhana, jadi tidak terasa terlalu teknis meskipun topiknya cukup rumit. Bagian tentang menangani gangguan panggilan dan jeda bicara benar-benar berguna untuk proyek saya di kantor. Satu-satunya kekurangan menurut saya adalah bagian deployment agak terburu-buru dan bisa dijelaskan lebih detail. Llevaba tiempo queriendo aprender a construir un asistente telefónico automatizado y este curso cumplió con creces mis expectativas. La estructura es muy clara: primero se entiende la lógica de diseño de la conversación, luego se pasa a la configuración técnica y finalmente al despliegue con un número real. Lo que más valoro es que el instructor muestra errores comunes y cómo solucionarlos en tiempo real, algo que rara vez se ve en otros cursos. Después de terminarlo pude armar un asistente funcional para atender consultas básicas de mi pequeño negocio. Sin duda uno de los cursos más útiles que he tomado sobre automatización con IA.
El curso me ayudó a entender cómo armar un asistente de voz desde cero, desde la configuración del flujo de conversación hasta la conexión con un número telefónico real. Las explicaciones sobre el manejo de latencia y las pausas naturales en el habla fueron las que más me sirvieron. Terminé montando mi propio bot para agendar citas en un par de tardes.
