Também gostei da forma como ensinam a separar quem só está perguntando de quem já quer comprar. Depois de aplicar o que aprendi, o tempo que eu gastava respondendo mensagens caiu bastante. Recomendo bastante para quem administra sozinho o atendimento da empresa.

The pacing was good for someone without a coding background, and I appreciated the sections on when to hand off to a human. My only complaint is that the section on integrating with existing helpdesk tools felt a bit rushed. Overall it got my assistant running well enough to actually reduce my inbox.
