Também gostei da forma como ensinam a separar quem só está perguntando de quem já quer comprar. Depois de aplicar o que aprendi, o tempo que eu gastava respondendo mensagens caiu bastante. Recomendo bastante para quem administra sozinho o atendimento da empresa.

It walks through designing an assistant that can handle basic sales questions and support tickets, with clear examples for setting up tone and boundaries. The pacing was good for someone without a coding background, and I appreciated the sections on when to hand off to a human. My only complaint is that the section on integrating with existing helpdesk tools felt a bit rushed. Overall it got my assistant running well enough to actually reduce my inbox.
