Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase you can request a full refund, no questions asked. Once the course has been downloaded as a PDF, it is considered used and is not eligible for a refund. The refund guarantee covers up to 3 courses per account; beyond that, refunds are no longer issued.
How do I request one?
Contact support with your account email and the course name. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Are credits refundable?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up. Credits already spent on a course follow the 14-day course refund rule.
